Custom Orders Policy
As all our products are custom-made and produced on demand immediately after your order is placed, please note that all purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable due to incorrect sizing or changes of mind. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at returns@chiwalker.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
