Be sure to include a photo of the issue as an attachment. We will respond to your inquiry within one business day and guide you through the next steps.
Custom Orders Policy
As all our products are custom-made and produced on demand immediately after your order is placed, please note that all purchases are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable due to incorrect sizing or changes of mind. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at returns@chiwalker.com within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
